Shipping & Returns

We only ship to addresses in the United States. If you desire to ship an item outside the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii), please contact us in advance to confirm accurate shipping costs.  Also, some items are hand-crafted and require 2-6 weeks for production time.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE

Launch-Tek customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to Launch-Tek.

Launch-Tek will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#

To obtain a RA# use the form on the "Contact Us" page. A customer service representative will give you a RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork. Return merchandise to:

Launch-Tek will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 15 days after shipment of such products to customer. RA#'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.

All products are sold as is. No expressed or implied warranty.

Any items that are returned will be inspected and repaired at the descretion of Launch-Tek. The cost of repairs will be charged to your credit card.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will never be refunded under any circumstances.

Restocking Fees

Non-defective merchandise returned to Launch-Tek for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 15 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.
